If you do not see an item you need, please ask us.  We may be able to special order it.  Once a special order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned after shipment is made.

There are no cash refunds.  We will be glad to give you a store credit or an even exchange.

We offer FREE DELIVERY in the New York metropolitan area.  All deliveries are made by truck to  your establishment within a reasonable time from when the order is placed.
